Care for small animals & horses costs over $25,000/year

Needed farm equipment costs $22,000-$38,000

Animal Care:
Mini pig: Feed is $60/month. Medical is around $150. Feet maintenance is $100 every 8 weeks. 

Goats: feed is $50/month. Medical is around $150/year.

Cats/dogsFeed and medications are $350/month.

Vet visit: $250 for smaller animals just for coming out

Farm Maintenance:
Needs a new tractor and mower. 
Small Tractor: $23,000 new, $9,000 used
Basic equipment: $12,000-$15,000

Cost of $1,860 on the farm last year for repair and replacement for pastors, fences and floor boards. 

Care for Horses:

$19,600/year

Worming 4 times a year: $350 each time
Vaccine (x4) and booster: $425 each time
Hoof maintenance: $60 per horse each time, every 6 weeks.
Vet visit: $750 for a horse just for them coming out. The prices will raise depending on what they need to do.
Medications: $225-250/month per horse for standard medications and supplements. Currently two horses are on supplements.

Dentist: $175/horse every year. Horses need to have a dentist make sure their teeth stay level and check if they have infections or other problems.
